You can see the 1st result <a href="http://fashionistable.blogspot.com/2010/11/out-and-aboutlucy-in-disguise.html">here</a>. I didnt realise it was her again until I was right over her. She had been rummaging in her bag and all I saw was the flurry of feathers. Her skirt is from <a href="http://lucyindisguiselondon.com/">Lucy in Disguise</a> which is were she works. She made the head piece herself. She says her style is casual and that she doesn't really buy things, they just come to her.
